Content creation

At AV Activites s. r. o. we use software such as SketchUp, Lumion for SketchUp, Unity 3D or Blender for realistic rendering of 3D models. We focus mainly on modeling monumental architecture with the aim of contributing to the development of the region, but our architects and designers can also process the architecture of buildings, interior design, mechanical engineering or large landscape areas for terrain mapping and game preparation.

3D scanning

We can provide 3D scanning of small and medium-sized objects and rare monuments, as well as scanning of larger areas to create a final 3D model for further processing.

3D modeling

Creation of realistic and representative 3D models for both the commercial sphere (buildings, objects) and the public sphere (monuments) in order to ensure the development of the region.

Graphic works

Editing and fine-tuning the developed visualizations for realistic processing. Editing surface texturing for realistic appearance and light refraction. Optimizing 3D objects for the desired platforms and various types of mobile devices. Creating animations and adding dynamics to bring 3D models to life.

AR and VR technologies are also called immersive technologies, through which a person can literally immerse themselves in the virtual world and experience the same feelings as in the real world. By viewing the virtual world and 3D models as if they were real and almost tangible to the touch on a 1:1 scale. At AV Activities s. r. o., we have proven ourselves by installing AR and VR technology right at the scene to evoke realistic feelings and perfect immersion.

3D printing

We can provide professional 3D printing for your 3D models at a competitively low price and high quality. Printed 3D models can also be hand-painted or with the possibility of further electromechanical processing to create an interactive 3D object, set in a transparent display case.

360°/3D interactive virtual tours

With our licensed software, we can process virtual tours and showrooms based on real spherical panoramas (360° photos) or artificially created 3D environments based on your ideas. The dynamics of virtual tours are ensured by adding interactive content, which can be literally anything (audio, video, 360 photos and videos, 3D models, transitions, PDF materials or embedded code), with the possibility of viewing on PC, mobile phones or VR devices, online or offline.
